Problem:
Some candidates will take advantage of AI-generated submissions to a degree that it makes it very hard to determine their actual quality.
A few options to consider could be:
  • Timed responses with full video
The whole submission is timed and recorded on video in full. The candidate is obviously made aware of this.
  • Enabling rotating questions to avoid repetition and early preparation
Candidates may gather information from another applicant about the questions that will be asked and prepare responses to copy & paste
  • Disable copy & paste in fields
This would discourage some undesirable candidates (although potentially affect the good ones) to have prepared responses (typically AI-generated)
This is a raw dump of ideas.
The intention is to get the conversation going when it comes to growing concerns about AI-generated submissions that are nothing short of slop.
