Enable all our candidates have the same background image for the video interviews. We noticed that some candidates don't really have a professional environment to record the video interview and it has somehow impacted our business as our clients are not evaluating the candidates based on their skills only, but also the video looks like. If we can add a background image with our brand to these interviews will help us in many ways.

Currently the following limitations are happening: Access to the Careers Page requires several steps to be able to select a Job to be posted (At least 4 clicks to land on the Customize page). Team Members are not able to add Jobs to the landing page (section not available in their Settings) Ideally, if the final Job listing is to be configured in the Career Page then a shortcut should be made either from the Job itself ("Got post this job!" button or something) from the general UI , maybe as a button next to the Company selector (top right) Also, if a Team Member is tasked to create and post a job then publishing it on the Career Page should also be possible for them to publish. Currently that's not possible as they don't have access to the Career Page.

Problem When working on a Job, it is not currently possible to search for a candidate by name, which at times is necessary. Request Add some search bar that would allow to do searches, hopefully not only by name but also by other concepts such as some piece of information the candidates may have introduced.

I would like to select multiple jobs to Archive at once.

Let's say the prospects answer a question, and you would like to clarify something. You can have an option to ask individual video questions outside of the job - to individual applicants

Problem Jobs may be in several stages (Active, Pause, Active). Active Jobs may or may not be Published. At the moment the only way to know if a Job is published is either going to the Career's page or checking the Career website directly. Request Add an icon to the Job cards in the general dashboard to indicate if a Job is being published or not. Add a Published filter (All, Active, Paused, Archived) to filter Published Jobs Add First Published and Last Published as information on the top left of the Job's dashboard (next to Last Updated and Created on)

It would be helpful to be able to set a Time Start and Time End (deadline) for published jobs. That way they can be scheduled and they go into Pause right at the deadline.

Employers may be unconsciously biased towards untidy/non-aesthetically pleasing backgrounds. It could also impact the confidence of the applicant. I'd recommend you change this.
