In general terms, hiring processes are not mono-step. Once a candidate has been shortlisted you very likely want to run an interview and some other further steps. Phases that come to mind: In-person interview: Would help to have an internal form so that the Team Members conducting the interview can prepare the questions they want to ask as well as register the answers. Online interview: Pretty much as we have now for submissions, it would help to be able to create further questions and/or recording requests. Due diligence: Now the candidate needs to submit a number of specific fields and/or documents to proceed with the hiring process (think ID number, etc.) Rather certain there are other scenarios I am not thinking of now. Sure, all of the above can be done off-app. The argument remains that it's best to have one single source of process as opposed to move in and out (because for example, you email notifications were the way you updated the candidate and it only makes sense to retain it until the hiring process is fully finalized).
