We want to be able to send SMS just like custom emails linked to custom stages we have emails linked for custom stages we would also like SMS linked to that stage

At this time we can not edit any information email or name once a interview / application is in we need to be able to make updates to any information once we recive for example we need to update a email or a link to item

At the moment, it does not appear that Questions can be reused across different Jobs. Our current solution is to create a Generic Job Repository and drop all questions here. We Duplicate, delete the ones we don't want and customize the rest. Not an ideal flow and absolutely not scalable. Having a question declared as "Global" should allow to have it available in all Jobs.

depending of the choice to a question, next question is different like a "funnel"

Employers may be unconsciously biased towards untidy/non-aesthetically pleasing backgrounds. It could also impact the confidence of the applicant. I'd recommend you change this.

Candidates having the right to delete: This is psychologically important. It's about control. It's about removing a psychological blockers. It's about giving someone security to be in control.

Enable all our candidates have the same background image for the video interviews. We noticed that some candidates don't really have a professional environment to record the video interview and it has somehow impacted our business as our clients are not evaluating the candidates based on their skills only, but also the video looks like. If we can add a background image with our brand to these interviews will help us in many ways.

Allow for custom rejection reason to be added to rejection email template, and then personalize the emails sent out during rejection
