Feature Requests

Currently, I understand that videos are retained for 90 days, which is great. However, in my specific use case, I rarely need the videos for more than 3-5 days. It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to set an auto-delete period for videos based on individual preferences—for instance, allowing users to choose a shorter retention period, such as 3-5 days. This would not only reduce unnecessary storage but also align with specific workflows where videos are only needed for a limited time.

This feature would allow recruiters and hiring managers to seamlessly move an application from one job position to another within the same organization. For example, if a candidate applies to Position A but is a better fit for Position B, the recruiter can transfer the application without requiring the candidate to reapply or fill out additional forms.

For a super small business, we are seeking at least a tier 3 option to add teams one to three members. This is a little frustrating due to the fact that I’m needing help from my team members, but the link does not specify how many team members you get at a tier 3 I need this option very much, please at least 3 team members for help

I need to send the file as result to different parties. It would be great if we could download specific groups of video interview easily - without using 3rd party tools

When inviting a Team member, the onboarding wizard should not be the standard one. Instead, a simple "Do you accept this invitation" type of wizard should be sufficient. Rationale: When inviting one of our team members, she indicated "Yes, we hiring" (by which she meant, "Yeah, there's hiring happening at the moment") and the platform created a whole new Company that we need now to delete. This created some initial confusion until we figured out that a new company (with the same name, obviously) had been created.

I would like to make a suggestions - could we have a page that shows some of the perks of the job within each job? Or could we have an overall company career page job tab - which allows us to list down some of the staff benefits? there are some other platforms that have a separate section for it - which makes it stands out more instead of it being within the entire paragraphs Eg. https://my.hiredly.com/companies/vicinity-studio

When looking into the interface of a recently invited Team member, we observe the following: A "7 days trial" banner shows on the top of the screen. This banner does not disappear when selecting the correct Company. The banner does disappear after navigating somewhere else in the platform after that. There is no obvious way to delete the newly created company which is of no use and will create confusion.

It does make sense to be able to import a full set of Custom Stage and Email from one Job to another. At times we have defined a specific Stage that should be reused or a Job was created before that Stage was conceived and now it applies across several jobs. Proposal: A simple "Import" button that gives you a list of existing Custom Stages and a checkbox to "Also copy & link its Custom Email".
