Currently there's no option to upload a profile picture to a Team Member. Options could be Regular upload by the Team member him/herself Upload available by the organization owner Use of Gravatar

Currently the following limitations are happening: Access to the Careers Page requires several steps to be able to select a Job to be posted (At least 4 clicks to land on the Customize page). Team Members are not able to add Jobs to the landing page (section not available in their Settings) Ideally, if the final Job listing is to be configured in the Career Page then a shortcut should be made either from the Job itself ("Got post this job!" button or something) from the general UI , maybe as a button next to the Company selector (top right) Also, if a Team Member is tasked to create and post a job then publishing it on the Career Page should also be possible for them to publish. Currently that's not possible as they don't have access to the Career Page.

At the moment it is rather difficult if you have hundreds of applications to be able to manage and filter them. My suggestion is for there to be a filter option somewhere here things like these are possible: Filter options examples: Sort by Good-to-have Score Show only good to have score above X % Show only  applications   which answered "X" to question 3 ( or QUestion 3 must contain: "X") (this is a multiple choice question) (useful for example if I want to find all candidates that answered "Yes" in question "Do you live nearby the company?" ) SHow only  applications   with attachment on question 15 Show only applications which contain reviews "no" and "Strong No" (useful if I want to immediately filter all applications for example with negative reviews and bulk set them to rejected)

Employers may be unconsciously biased towards untidy/non-aesthetically pleasing backgrounds. It could also impact the confidence of the applicant. I'd recommend you change this.

I want to send out a personalized email - based on the response that was given to one question.

Our current process involves copy pasting all the questions, transcripts and AI insights manually. A download button giving me everything as one PDF would be awesome.

So I don't have to download and open the files separately.

I want to make a pool of questions so applicants don’t all get the same questions

At the moment, it does not appear that Questions can be reused across different Jobs. Our current solution is to create a Generic Job Repository and drop all questions here. We Duplicate, delete the ones we don't want and customize the rest. Not an ideal flow and absolutely not scalable. Having a question declared as "Global" should allow to have it available in all Jobs.
