Disable asking for an email address
For myself, sometimes its not required email communication via the platform For example, I hire on upwork, but I love using Hirevire for the video questions I use Hirevire as a supplementary software to help do a first line "check" on all candidates before spending time to actually interview them Like just today, I used the audio question to see if the candidate and speak and enunciate clearly, as they'll be doing phone calls on my behalf Yeah, I would manually just know that Person A, would be Person A on upwork cause their names match It's not a big problem, but upwork technically has a against terms of service from me asking their email, prior to them being hired. Same for many other platforms. I think it would be a good optional field, and allow your users on this platform use for upwork, guru, etc in this progressively digital world
On the review profile link I want to see the link to the original ATS entry - if there is an integration set

More logic For Hiring Process (Job Offer, Offer Letter, Onboarding)
The ability to select hire or not in the selections once the shortlist process has been completed. If hired, have the ability to send out a personalized video along with an offer letter (uploaded) that gives details for the next steps. Then, the ability to leverage the platform for the onboarding process next.
Ability to deactivate a team member
In the team members section it would be nice to be able to "deactivate" a membership instead of just being able to "remove" someone.

Setup time and email template for automatic reminder after some time.
Add filter and sort to jobs dashboard page
If I manage different companies in my account it can get confusing quickly. Would it doable to implement a simple filter option on the jobs-site? For example filter by job title, filter by company name. even sort by company name, date and title would help. also helpful would be if the company name would be displayed in the card, for example under the date "created on".
