Features: Improving annotations and cross-team collaboration.

(I can't think of a better title although I am not certain it reflects the suggested Feature)
When we review candidates, we have a color code. We use it to highlight text in the CV (or any other attached document) and we easily infer whether something is positive or not. Yes, we have Comments on Hirewire yet they aren't at the moment linked to attachments (or any field for that matter) so contextualizing a comment is "costly".
Our code is something along these lines:
- Orange: Related to the position requirements
- Yellow: UNrelated to the position requirements
- Purple: Interesting for other organizational reasons/needs
- Red: Red Flag
- Green: Blah Blah Blah (the content is just filling and provides no value)
Giving the Team Members the ability to do these highlights with a custom color coding per org would allow
- Printing out the docs
- Moving the docs outside of Hirewire, do the annotations, upload back to Hirewire
The problem I can imagine is that this would impose the development of a PDF/DOC (converted to PDF?) annotator interface. I get that's quite the ask.
I nonetheless think this would allow a more seamless in-app flow for all things recruitment.
