Currently the field "Employment Type" is set with a predefined list of values (all of them useful). However, if may be necessary to add some other options according to each company's needs (an easy example would be Fellows)

Make the field "Employment Type" customizable
  • In the options it offers
  • In the label itself (as sometimes the term "Employment is not the most applicable".
