How it works:
Define evaluation factors (communication, technical knowledge, culture fit, etc.)
Set weights and 5-level rubrics for each factor
Associate factors with specific questions

New applications receive automatic scores (1-5 scale) plus detailed feedback
Use cases: Prioritize top candidates faster, standardize evaluations across team members, identify strengths/concerns with AI-backed reasoning, reduce initial screening time.
Note: AI Scorecards count toward your plan's application limits. All new applications after scorecard setup will be automatically evaluated.
